Sales Training for Real Estate Agents 


Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) requires agents to take certain classes to obtain their license, including such subjects as:

Sales training is not a requirement and thus over 75% of new real estate agents leave the industry within their first five years. Sales Consulting – 35-year sales experience operating in the engineered construction industry. Contact networks include municipalities, civil and mechanical engineering communities, geotechnical and CMT testing laboratories, earthwork contractors, etc. within the water/sewer/storm drainage markets of Southeast Texas
  • Specifications – help place technical products or services into project specifications by scheduling and conducting Lunch & Learns with design engineering / architectural firms.
  • Product Approval – assist in getting products placed on municipality Product Approval List by organizing and completing necessary submittal documents, presenting product data to engineering departments of city and state entities, and following up incessantly until approval is obtained.
